This Kundalini based exercise is great for boosting energy, clearing any toxins from the respiratory system, stimulates the circulation system and brings a newfound aliveness to the entire body and mind.  This easy to learn exercise will guarantee you have more energy after just 3 minutes and will give a boost to your body's respiratory system. Great to practice in the mornings or around 4pm when the energy takes a natural nose dive.  Remember to keep the diaphragm fully active while practicing this exercise.  Breathing in, the belly should rise with ease.  A short explanation of how to do the exercise by Aimee Hartley, followed by a practice which, once learned,  you can repeat for up to 3 minutes to really boost your energy levels.
