This full body and breath routine has been specially formulated for those working at a desk in video format. The seated movements are purposefully slow to enable breath led movements.  This can allow you to stretch and exercise all major muscle groups while breathing deeply to leave your feeling refreshed and centred. This is an 11 minute seated routine.  Also great to practice in-flight.

Led by Aimee Hartley of Inspiration Space, these exercises have been specially formulated for you to practice at the desk whether at home or in the office.  The routine starts at the head, neck and shoulders, leading with the breath at all times and runs through the entire body to the feet and heels.  Slow breath led movements, from head to heels, can allow you to stretch and exercise all major muscle groups to leave your feeling refreshed and centred. Make sure you complete the whole routine. The slower movements will help you establish a deeper connecting with your breathing which can have positive on the entire physical body. This routine has been formulated to be practiced seated on a chair.
